Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions, together with the documents and policies referenced in them, govern your access to and use of Area51.Casino, including www.Area51.Casino, any related mobile versions, applications, games, features, promotions, content, customer support services, payment features, and prize-redemption features.

Area51.Casino is owned and operated by L&B Entertainment LLC. In these Terms, "Area51.Casino," "we," "us," and "our" mean L&B Entertainment LLC and its affiliates, service providers, successors, and assigns. "You" means the individual accessing or using the Platform.

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, purchasing Gold Coins, receiving Space Coins, playing any game, requesting a Prize redemption, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Sweepstakes Rules, the AML/KYC Policy, the Responsible Gameplay Policy, and any other rules or policies posted on or linked from the Platform.

If you do not agree to these Terms, or if you are not eligible to use the Platform, you must not access or use the Platform.

Area51.Casino offers social casino games for entertainment purposes and promotes certain games through sweepstakes promotions. Gold Coins are virtual entertainment tokens with no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, prizes, or anything of value. Space Coins are promotional sweepstakes entries that are never sold and may be redeemable for Prizes after all verification, playthrough, eligibility, and redemption requirements are satisfied. Bonus Space Coins are a non-redeemable promotional sub-balance of Space Coins that may become redeemable only through the applicable playthrough process. Solar Cores are promotional rebate items that may be converted only through the Solar Converter feature when all posted requirements are satisfied.

No purchase is necessary to obtain Space Coins or to participate in sweepstakes promotions. A purchase of Gold Coins, a purchase of a package, or receipt of any bonus benefit will not increase your odds of winning any sweepstakes promotion.

We do not represent that the Platform is available, appropriate, or legal in every location. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you. The Platform is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

You may create an account or use the Platform only if all of the following are true:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years old and at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
• You are using the Platform only for your own personal entertainment.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion, responsible-gaming, fraud-prevention, sanctions, or compliance restriction that would prohibit your use.
• You are not located in, residing in, or accessing the Platform from any Excluded Jurisdiction.
• You provide accurate, complete, and current information and keep it updated.

We may require identity, age, location, address, payment-method ownership, source-of-funds, sanctions-screening, tax, or other verification before allowing you to create an account, receive Space Coins, continue using the Platform, or redeem Prizes. You are not required to complete full KYC verification solely to purchase Gold Coins, unless our AML, sanctions, fraud-prevention, payment-risk, or geolocation controls require it. KYC verification is required for Prize redemptions and withdrawals if you have not already completed and passed the required checks.

Excluded Jurisdictions

The Platform is currently available only in U.S. jurisdictions where we make it available. You may not create an account, access the Platform, purchase Gold Coins, receive or use Space Coins, redeem Prizes, or participate in any promotional offering if you are located in, residing in, or accessing the Platform from any of the following states:

You may not use a VPN, proxy, remote desktop service, spoofing tool, or other method to misrepresent your location or bypass these restrictions. If your eligibility changes, for example, you move to an Excluded Jurisdiction, become subject to self-exclusion, or fail verification, you must stop using the Platform immediately.

Gold Coins

Gold Coins are virtual entertainment tokens used to play Gold Coin games. They have no cash value, are not currency, securities, or financial instruments, cannot be redeemed for cash or anything of value, and cannot be sold, transferred, or cashed out. You may purchase Gold Coins where we make purchases available and you meet applicable eligibility, verification, and payment requirements. Pricing, quantity, and package contents may change at any time.

Space Coins

Space Coins are promotional sweepstakes entries. You may receive them only through free promotional methods, including as a bonus accompanying a Gold Coin purchase, through the Alternative Method of Entry, or through other qualifying activities. Space Coins may be used to play Space Coin games and may be redeemable for Prizes once all eligibility, verification, playthrough, and compliance requirements are satisfied. They cannot be sold, transferred, or cashed out except through our official Prize-redemption process.

Bonus Space Coins

Bonus Space Coins ("Bonus SC") are a non-redeemable promotional sub-balance awarded through packages, bonuses, or promotions. They become redeemable only by meeting the applicable playthrough requirement, which may range from 1x to 40x depending on the promotion. Bonus SC use a play-as-you-go release system: as qualifying gameplay occurs, eligible amounts gradually move into your redeemable Space Coin balance rather than requiring the entire playthrough to be completed first.

Solar Cores

Solar Cores ("SL") are promotional rebate items, not cash or currency. They work only with qualifying Space Coin gameplay. If you hold at least 1 Solar Core and complete 30 SC of qualifying Space Coin gameplay, you may claim a 1 SL to 1 SC conversion through the Solar Converter. Unclaimed or ineligible Solar Cores have no cash value outside that process.

Bonus Packages and Free Promotions

We may offer packages that include Gold Coins, Space Coins, Bonus Space Coins, or Solar Cores. Unless stated otherwise: Gold Coins in a package are non-redeemable entertainment tokens; Space Coins and Bonus Space Coins in a package are free promotional entries, never sold; a purchase does not increase your odds of winning. We may offer different packages, prices, or promotions to different users based on jurisdiction, account history, or other business reasons; no user is entitled to a package or bonus merely because another user received one.

If we offer Gold Coins in connection with reviews, testimonials, or referrals, those must comply with applicable disclosure and consumer-protection rules and must be truthful. We do not require a positive review as a condition of receiving a bonus.

No purchase is necessary to receive Space Coins or participate in sweepstakes promotions. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

To submit an AMOE request, handwrite the envelope and all required contents by hand in capital letters using blue or black ink only. Typed, printed, stamped, or electronically generated requests are not valid. On the envelope, write "Request for Space Coin Credit." On a single handwritten sheet, include your full legal name as shown on government identification, your account email, your residential address, your date of birth, and the statement: "I wish to receive one free Space Coin in order to participate in the Space Coin promotional games offered by Area51.Casino. By submitting this written request, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the Area51.Casino Terms and Conditions and Sweepstakes Rules."

Send AMOE requests to: L&B Entertainment LLC, 4020 N MacArthur Blvd, Ste 122 #7025, Irving, TX 75038. Each valid request that fully complies with these Terms results in 1 Space Coin credited to your account. We accept only one mail-in AMOE request per user per day.

We may reject AMOE requests that are incomplete, illegible, mechanically reproduced, submitted in bulk, submitted by a third party, or connected to an excluded jurisdiction. We do not acknowledge or return AMOE requests and are not responsible for requests that are lost, delayed, or not received.

Only Space Coins displayed in the redeemable section of your wallet are eligible for Prize redemption. Bonus Space Coins, pending or locked Space Coins, Solar Cores, and Gold Coins do not qualify. Before any Prize is issued, you must satisfy identity, age, location, tax, and anti-fraud verification requirements, which may include government identification, proof of address, or tax forms.

Unless stated otherwise, the minimum redemption threshold is 50 redeemable Space Coins, and the maximum daily redemption amount is 500 redeemable Space Coins. We review redemption requests before approval and may delay, deny, or reduce a request if we determine you are ineligible, your account information cannot be verified, the request would violate applicable law or payment-network rules, or the underlying Space Coins were obtained through fraud, abuse, or a violation of these Terms.

If we deny or reduce a redemption request, we will provide you a written explanation through your account or by email, and you may request a review by contacting support. See General Compliance and Enforcement below for how that review works.

Approved redemptions may be paid by cash, gift card, cryptocurrency, or another method we make available, depending on jurisdiction and verification status.

You may purchase Gold Coins only through payment methods we make available, and only using a payment method you are authorized to use. All Gold Coin purchases are generally final. If you believe a charge was made in error, if a technical issue affected your gameplay, or if you were charged for something you did not receive, contact support within 30 days of the charge for review. See General Compliance and Enforcement below. This review process does not guarantee a refund in every case, but every request will receive a substantive response, not an automatic denial.

We may permit cryptocurrency payment for Gold Coin purchases. Full KYC verification is generally not required solely to purchase Gold Coins with cryptocurrency, but is required for withdrawals and Prize redemptions. Cryptocurrency transactions are generally irreversible; you are responsible for using the correct wallet address and network. We may reject, delay, or screen crypto transactions where required by law or by our AML and fraud controls, and you must not use mixers, tumblers, or funds from unlawful sources.

You are responsible for taxes arising from your use of the Platform or receipt of Prizes. We may request a Social Security Number, Taxpayer Identification Number, or IRS form where required, and may withhold, delay, or report Prizes as required by law. We do not provide tax advice.

This section consolidates the conduct rules and consequences that apply across Gold Coins, Space Coins, Bonus Space Coins, Solar Cores, AMOE requests, payments, and redemptions, so they only need to be stated once.

Conduct that is not allowed

• Creating, using, or benefiting from more than one account, or sharing your account with another person.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or device.
• Using bots, scripts, automation, collusion, or exploits to gain an unfair advantage.
• Accessing the Platform from an Excluded Jurisdiction or masking your location.
• Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a valid transaction because you are dissatisfied with gameplay results, rather than because of a genuine billing error or unauthorized transaction.
• Selling, transferring, or trading Gold Coins, Space Coins, Bonus Space Coins, Solar Cores, or accounts outside the official Platform process.
• Using the Platform to launder money, evade sanctions, or conceal the source of funds.

What we may do in response

If we determine or reasonably suspect any of the conduct above, or a violation of these Terms, we may void or reverse the related gameplay, transaction, or balance; suspend, restrict, or close the account involved; deny or recover a Prize redemption; and, where required by law, report the activity to payment processors, financial institutions, or law enforcement.

Your right to a review

If we suspend your account, deny a redemption, or reverse a transaction, we will tell you why through your account or by email, in language that identifies the specific rule or activity at issue rather than a generic reference to "these Terms." You may request a review by contacting support at [email protected]. We aim to respond to review requests within a reasonable timeframe and will confirm, adjust, or reverse our original decision based on that review. This process does not apply where we are legally prohibited from disclosing the reason for an action, such as an active fraud or law-enforcement investigation.

Requesting a review does not pause any legal deadline that applies to you, including the arbitration opt-out window described in Section 13.

You may create and maintain only one account, in your own legal name, and must keep your account information accurate and current. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity occurring through your account, and must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

You may request account closure at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Closure does not affect obligations that arose before closure, including a pending redemption, fraud review, or tax obligation. We may treat an account as inactive after six (6) months without login, gameplay, purchase, or redemption activity, subject to applicable law.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This license does not transfer ownership of the Platform, its software, content, or trademarks. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any game, feature, or content at any time, subject to applicable law. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, scrape, or create derivative works from the Platform except as expressly permitted by law.

We may use third-party providers for payments, identity verification, geolocation, and customer support. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for third-party services except as required by law.

The Platform is provided for entertainment purposes. We do not guarantee the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device. We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, service-provider outages, or acts of government.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the Platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the six (6) months before the claim arose, except where a broader remedy is required by law.

In plain terms: if you have a dispute with us, we ask that you contact support first so we can try to resolve it directly. If that does not work, these Terms require most disputes to be resolved through individual arbitration rather than in court, and you agree not to bring or participate in a class action against us. You have the right to opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of creating your account by sending written notice to the address in Section 16. Opting out does not affect your ability to use the Platform.

This arbitration agreement, class action waiver, and jury trial waiver apply to any dispute arising from these Terms, the Sweepstakes Rules, your use of the Platform, or any Prize redemption, except for disputes that applicable law does not allow to be arbitrated. These Terms and any dispute are governed by Nevada law and applicable federal law.

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date and, where required by law, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Platform after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Platform.

Area51.Casino is intended for entertainment. Before using the Platform, you must set responsible-gaming budget settings, including daily and weekly limits where available. See Responsible Gameplay at Area 51 for purchase and spend limits, session reminders, self-exclusion, and other tools available on the Platform.
